A procession of floats and vehicles which paraded down Gladstone Road on a recent Friday night marked the commencement of Gisborne's second Youth Festival Week....seven days of entertainment including a film premiere, music festival, art display, skating carnival, games evening, and mardi gras dance, organised and promoted by the young people of the city.
