"Island" Coffee House Opened

For the past few months, the young people of the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church have been hard at work renovating the 90-year-old former church building at the rear of the present Sunday School hall.

The fruits of their labour were realised on a recent Friday night, when they held the official opening of their new coffee house, called the "Island".

Attractively set out, with picturesque murals decorating the walls, the "Island" should prove to be a great asset to the young people of the community.
