Entertaining the Queen

Beneath the towering flag mast at Waitangi, Bay of Islands, Gisborne's Waihirere Maori Club entertain the Royal visitors, Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh, with a Maori action song.

The club was selected as representatives of the Maori people of New Zealand, to provide Maori songa and hakas at the Royal couple's official welcome to New Zealand.
