Rose & Iris Show

The Poverty Bay Horticultural Society's annual rose and iris show was attended by (good crowds when it was staged in the Army Hall on a recent Friday afternoon.

More then 600 entries were received... a big increase over previous years.....the majority of which were in the rose section, this being attributed to the recent formation of the Gisborne Ross Society.
