New Lights

"The new lights at Hardy and Rutherford Streets are good but I find the two sets of through-traffic lanes somewhat confusing," writes "Don". "Would it not have been better to have stuck to the system used at all other lane traffic intersections?"

Ed's note: We thought so too when the' lights first went in, but we are now convinced the double lanes shift the dense traffic at peak hours at top speed. But a word of caution. If you're on the inside lane going through, stay wide awake.
