Weight Training for Swimmers

Like most things, science is being used extensively in sport these days. Take swimming. Callisthenics, worked out and applied scientifically, have come to the aid of swimmers in the off season and under the eye of callisthenics coach, Tom Gould, members of the Nelson Swimming Club are gaining in physique and stamina during the off season. We found them hard at it when we paid them a visit recently.
