New Centre for Brightwater

Brightwater, through the efforts of hundreds of hours of labour given by volunteers and the gifts of timber, now has a hall which would grace any centre much bigger than Brightwater. The new hall, built on the site of the old one, was opened last month. The opening was the climax to a project which commenced in 1961 with the felling of the first trees.
