Work has started now on the construction of the Cook Hospital Board's new convalescent home in Cheeseman Road, on the east bank of the lower Waimata River. The new building is being erected on a section donated for the purpose by Mrs T. Adair. This view indicates the attractive view which inmates will enjoy, looking up the Waimata.
