TURANGANUI SCHOOLS MAORI CULTURAL FESTIVAL
HE TAONGA TE REO

In a Celebration of Maori Language 35 groups from 31 schools participated over 2 days in the Turanganui Schools Maori Cultural Festival at the Outdoor Theatre on Centennial Drive. The Organising Committee must take their credit as the enthusiasm and talents of all the children, with their tutors, contributed to the success of the festival and to the enjoyment of the large audience.
