The Barry Memorial Croquet Club's Opening Day for the summer season & the ceremonial "running the hoop" was followed by a lot of: making the hoop, lining up for a peel, take offs, split shots, rolls, watching & most importantly one must roquet before one can croquet. Then there is afternoon tea...
