Between tournament competition the trampolines are available for practises. Time out from competition saw Bianca Shaw sitting with her mum Anna before going on to win the Elite Womens Title which promotes her to the Open Grade.

Bianca spends many hours practising her routines (a series of 10 defined moves) Her coach Doug Callahan, keeps a critical eye on each action striving to perfect the routine. Bianca is currently preparing for the World Champs.

Emily Humphrey at 9 is the youngest National Grade Competitor in NZ. Doug the National Coach will be taking the NZ team to the World Championships to be held in Elporto in Portugal
