Mary & Terry Butler are a talented couple with gifted hands. Terry started model making when he was 7 yrs old. 5 or 6 yrs ago this interest in art led him to ceramics. Some of the ceramics including the clock were made by Mary. Terry is pictured holding his copy of a plate which was approved by Adolf Hitler to be presented to Luftwafe pilots who survived The Battle of Britain.

Frank Murphy sent in this picture of Norris Lewis and his monster eel weighing in at 24 pounds. Although it was landed easily, it took more than half an hour to put it in a bag. As for the eel's future, it was smoked by Norris and given to the old folks at the TeKaraka pensioner flats to eat. Kind thought Norris.
