Hair and There
A swinging end-of-year do for members and staff of the Poverty Bay Ladies' Master Hairdressers' Association was held at the DB Gisborne Hotel. Cocktails, a buffet dinner and music by "Wave" preceeded a short but classy parade of fun hair fashions.
Janelle models a style created by Maureen Burns, of Salon Jacqueline. It is based on the elegance of the 14th century courtesans.
"Beauty and the Beast," portrayed by Kevin Fallon and Sherry Williams. These creations were styled by Robyn Tulloch, of Salon Shar-Rae.
"Vishnu," worn by Tina, was styled by Alison Broad hurst, of Salon Jacqueline.
