Records Set

Andrew Winning set two new records and Andrew Kerr one in the junior and intermediate. classes respectively at the Boys' High swimming sports held at the Macrae Baths.

Winning's times were for the 33⅓ yds freestyle (17.4s), and the 100yds freestyle (59.6s), and Kerr's time was for the 220yds freestyle (2m 27.3s).

Competitors were given plenty of vociferous support from the bystanders.

Resembling a space walker from Gemini 95 an entrant takes to the water in the novelty race.
