Y.M.C.A. FAIR

A most successful fair was organised by the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Y.M.C.A. to raise funds for the Association. The main object in view is a sound system for the stadium.

Surrounded by fascinated spectators, a visiting muscleman prepares to slam home a nail into the block in one hit.

Biggest drawcard of the fair was the baby show. Mothers holding winning babes are Mesdames Gillian Clout with Antonia, Beverly Moore and Dean, and Beverly Couper with Darrol.

Under-six-months place-getters are Mesdames Janet Bodle with Brigitte, Lorna White and Tony, and Dorothy Sparrow with Joanne.

Six-to-12-month section winners are Mesdames Ann Gousmett and Marita, Janice Mitchell and Linda, and Shirley Easton with Neil.
