It is always an occasion when large families get together again. Such an occasion came recently for Mrs Madeline Bilham, of Patutahi, seen here with her seven daughters. Mrs Bilham, who is in her 80th year, has lived in Patutahi for 45 years, ana so active is she that she thinks little of cycling into Gisborne whenever she wants to do some shopping. In line behind their mother are Margaret Crawforth (Gisborne), Kath Cranswick (Te Karaka), Laura Glew (Auckland),Jess Hankey (Gisborne), Agnes Stevens (Patutahi), Clare Spence (Te Reinga), and Beattie White (Gisborne).
