Holiday Farm

Many children who live in the town long for a holiday in the country - on a farm with all the farm animals, doing all the things that country children do. And vice versa. At Foxhill, Mrs Jennifer Gibson has set out to cater for such children--in fact any children who would like a farm holiday. When we visited her recently she had 13 young guests, two of them from Wellington and one from Christchurch, and they were having a whale of a time. And her venture is successful. Accommodation at the farm was fully booked for the remainder of the school holidays. There are horses to ride, sheep, cows, pigs and a dog. And swimming. And that s what this happy group is doing below.
