King Neptune's Day

To start 196t right, King Neptune left his watery domain for a few brief hours to lord it over his land-based cousins. Bedecked in seaweed, this hirsute character arose out of the sea and joined with the surf club in running a programme of events which kept kiddies and adults interested until he disappeared into the briny again. A special word of congratulation to the surf club for a wonderful carnival effort.
