Autumn Flower Show

Chrysanthemums of ail shapes, colours and sizes filled the Sports Hall for the annual autumn flower show. Champion bloom this year was exhibited by Mrs G. Junes ("Connie Mayhew") and Prestine Smith, Upper Moutere, who is only eight, grew and showed the best incurved chrysanthemum. Her bloom came very close to winning the champion ribbon
