After 42 years with the Nelson Harbour Board Mr Frank Johnson and his wife were farewelled at a recent function at the harbour board's offices. Mr Johnson is a keen fisherman, and a new rod, here being presented by harbour board general manager, Mr W. H. Parr, left, should help an enjoyable retirement
