Gilmore--Vette. At the Holy Trinity Church, Aileen Edith, second daughter of Mr and Mrs C. H. Vette, 3 Norman Road, Gisborne, to Ronald, youngest son of Mr and Mrs E. R. Gilmore, 17 Kerr Street, Devenport, Auckland. The chief maid was Raewyn Walton, Auckland, and the best man was Barry Drummond, Hastings. The little flowergirl was Mary-ann Jones, Gisborne, and the page-boy Lionel Vette, Gisborne, brother of the bride. The future home of the couple will be Auckland.

Robertson--Miller. At St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Glenys Rita, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs D. H. Miller, Russell Street, Gisborne, to Baron Laurie, eldest son of Mr and Mrs H. L. Robertson, Akina Street, Hastings. The attendants from left were Nigel Ross, Wairoa (best man), Judith Lowe, Hastings (chief maid), Ngaire Miller, Gisborne, sister of the bride, Ian Miller, Gisborne, brother of the bride. The flowergirl was Bronwyn Robertson, Hastings, sister of the groom, and the page-boy was Michael Watson, Otoko, god-son of the bride. The future home of the couple will be in Mangakino.
