Murray Olsen of Tolaga Bay with the Corbett Award axe for the Best All-round Woodsman at the Kaingaroa State Forest Hostel. Murray was also head boy at the hostel for 1961.

From left: Mrs Mary Pasker, Bristol, England (sister-in-law of Mrs Priday), Mr Priday, Mrs Josephine Parsons, also from Bristol (Mrs Priday's sister), and Mrs Priday. Mrs Parsons had not seen her sister for 49 years and Mrs Pasker is visiting her son, Mr Merrifield, Lyell Street, Kaiti, whom she had not seen for 10 years.
