An entertainment programme far ex-celling anything previously staged was presented this year at Waikanae Beach, and drew large crowds nightly. Back of the stage one afternoon, we photographed one of the Lohta group, John Revell, practising tight-rope walking with pretty Suzanne Whittington, of Auckland, atop his shoulders.
