Queen's Birthday Sport
The Queen's Birthday holiday in Gisborne was fine and sunny. Among the sports attractions for the day were the annual Poverty Bay and East Coast football match, and the indoor basketball tournament (see pictures elsewhere in this issue), an outdoor basketball tournament, hockey, soccer, and golf matches.
For all these events the weather was ideal.
