The P B Junior 3 Day Tennis Tournament attracted 122 entries including players from Hamilton, Rotorua, Kawerau, Hawkes Bay and Palmerston North competing at U/8, U/10, U/12, U/14 & U/16 divisions with 3 set finals. There were 26 boys in the U/14s, a promising sign for tennis in this district.
