CLASSICAL BANQUET

An annual banquet held for the Boys' & Girls' High Schools 7th Form Classical Studies students as a "hands on" fun way to experience the way other cultures have lived. The students needed to do research to bring authentic food dishes, to wear authentic costumes and to create a traditional wreath to wear.

Classical banquets required guests to recline rather than sit, to be waited on and to be entertained. Susan Eparaima and Rangi Wawatai were at ease with these conditions.
