Robert Dobson, the youngest son of Steven and Cynthia Dobson, received his Bachelor of Commerce (Hon) at Otago. Robert attended St Marys, Campion and Gis Boys' High & now works for Arthur Anderson, an international company, in Auckland.

Joshua Calles, a member of the Rising Suns Basketball Team, was 21 on the 29th July.

Double 21st
Joelene and Ellyn Proffit celebrated their 21st Birthday at Te Poho-o-Rawiri Marae. Both are ex Gisborne Girls' High Prefects, were students of the 1st Maori Nursing course through Tairawhiti Polytechnic and are both presently in their final year for a Diploma in Nursing at Waikato University.
