Salvation Army Captain Frank Milne, Associate Officer responsible for Community & Family Services set up this display. The Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal, with more than 400 helpers, raised $12600 (approx) within the Gisborne Region. Frank & his son Alex thanked the people of Gisborne for their generousity and the helpers for their time.
