KAITI WOMEN'S BOWLING CLUB 40th ANNIVERSARY

In 1955 Ray Watts (later Jackson) and Doris Garrett called a meeting resulting in the founding of the Kaiti Women's Bowling Club using the RSA Bowling Club rinks. From the original 32 members the ladies now number 86 (down from a peak of more than 100 members). The club boasts a great social life continuing through the off season and has a history of competitive successes.
