A grand and happy "English Garden Tea Party" was held to celebrate Stella Huss and Hessie Hook's 80th birthdays. They were picked up in a vintage car and taken to 156 Whitaker St where the Town Crier & his consort met them. Jessie Bourke presented posies to the birthday girls followed by singing, dancing and entertainment. A succulent spread of cucumber sandwiches, sponges and Earl Grey and Harrods tea capped off a great celebration.
