WAIAPU SHOW

The Ruatoria Show draws people from all over the Coast. There are the equestrian events, the novelty ring, the sheep judging, the dog trials, the bending & turning events, the commercial stalls, the home industry section and the sideshows.

If you have never been to the Waiapu Show held in Ruatoria at Whakarau Park we recommend that you go next year.

CGM Motorcycles are always ready to demonstrate their products. They thrilled the crowd when they lined up 7 vehicles and the daring young Brent Emerson proceeded to fire up the Kawasaki K-500 and jumped the lot.

Lisa Cottle and Amigo of Tauwhareparae had a great show winning the Open F E I on the 2nd day of the show.

Michael Williams and his pony Thriller were a speedy combination in the children's turning events.
