ROTARY EXCHANGE REUNION
Joan Trennery (above left) as she was in 1974 is now Joan Partridge who with her husband Colin, their 2 children, Justin (centre) & Caroline (right) visited Gisborne for 2 days to see Mrs Hilda Nicoll. Joan & the Nicoll family have kept in touch over the years which underlines the friendships that are formed through these types of exchanges. Joan & Colin now live in Tzaneen, a small town 4hrs north of Johannesburg. Joan has recently been involved in establishing a pre primary school where she was teaching children to become literate in English which is not the 1st language of the area.
