WAIMATA Blue

As a welcome addition to the district's firmly established wine industry, the Waimata Cheese Company has released its range of blue and white cheese onto the market. Minister of Business Development, Roger Maxwell was on hand to "cut the curd" in the Riverside Road cheese facility followed by a a celebratory lunch at the Wharf Cafe for invited guests.
