CATSCAN

Marcus Williams in his address to gathered dignitaries spoke of the positive move towards catching the problems of future patients at an early stage by the purchasing & installation of a Catscan in Gisborne's hospital. The Mayor, John Clarke, emphasised the blessing to the district of the Williams family who were prepared to prop up the health system. The radiologists consider the catscan as the most important advance in diagnostic radiology since the discovery of X rays.
