PB Horticultural Society
Spring Show

The World Association of Flower Arrangers world show will be held in Wellington, NZ in 1996 and a floral display to advertise this was the centre piece at the PB Horticultural camellia and daffodil show. Previously flower arrangers' shows had been held in Belgium, Canada, France and England, so for all flower enthusiasts it is most exciting to look forward to playing host to such a colourful and creative event. Although entries were slightly down the Eastland Community Sports Centre was ablaze with colour for the annual show and competitors managed to exhibit some beautiful blooms in spite of the recent severe frosts.
