CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS

Customer complaints should be handled properly. It is not wise for a company to fight in front of half a million people on TV. Good advice for the 200 plus who attended the Gisborne-East Coast Retailers Association 1994 Customer Service Awards at the Sandown from guest speaker and Fair Go Presenter Kevin Milne.
