SCIENCE FAIR GISBORNE INTERMEDIATE
Nick Gordon from Room 11 made a very "hands on "display which demonstrated the advantages of using pulleys to reduce the effort needed to lift a brick. Nick admitted that his dad set him on the way to making this display.
Rachael Clarke & Natalie Moodie from Room 11 researched the question of Evolution. They were Invited to the ECNZ Secondary Schools Science Fair held at the Girl's High School.

Renee Grant was interested in Acids & Alkalis in the kitchen. Renee found her inspiration in a book.
Anna Stovell & Gemma Parfitt of Room 20 set up a competition to discover exactly what opossums like to eat. They had a live specimen, Charlie, to select his favourite treat.
