A lot of hard work paid off for the Gisborne BMX Club when they held a two day event which attracted riders from outside our district. The first day of competition was the Gisborne Club's Fuji Image Plaza Medal Meet. The second was a Region 5 Championship (Napier, Hastings and Gisborne) with riders from all over the North Island in attendance. The feedback was all positive as all compared the 2 day event, organisation and atmosphere equal to a Mini National event. A great success with the club and riders really going for it.
