Rotorua's Blue Lake with the Boys' High coxed fours who distinguished themselves by winning the U/16 Novice Div of the Tauranga Regatta.

The GBHS U/16 coxed four (who also competed at Lake Karipiro to win the U/16 Div of the Karipiro Interclub Championships) are from the left: Blair Christieson (cox), Dineke Hambling (manager), Bevan Hambling (stroke), Carl Shuker, Nat Wilson and Phil Brown.

Girls' High Intermediate coxed four who won the U/17 Div at the North Island Champs are: Rose Wallace (stroke), Amy Campbell, Sharon Pihema, Rachel Candy and Rebecca Melville (cox)

The GGH coxed four cuts through the mirror like Waimata River in their "rainbow boat."
