The Vision Continues

Several hundred people attended the opening of the new expansion at Cedenco. The newly installed Rossi & Catelli plant makes Cedenco one of the most modern and efficient tomato processing factories in the world. Minister of Trade Philip Burden, was on hand for the opening and to unveil the new plaque, mounted with its original, on natural stone and bricks symbolising the natural and processed.

It was a proud day for managing director Dean Witters and for the management team and staff who had all contributed to the meteoric rise of the company in just 8 years of operation. Long may the vision continue.

There was no break in the processing during the opening. Trucks arrived at regular Intervals with produce and Murray Michie was busy In the storage and despatch department.
