DOG TRAINING

The SPCA were invited by Elgin School to run a 6 week course on animal care. They enlisted the help of local Dog Trainer Chris Frandi and her SPCA special Buddy to demonstate to the "Options Group" of 8-10 year olds, various methods of dog training.
