First Music School

The first school of music to be held in the East Coast region took place in Wairoa during the May holidays. It was organised by Elizabeth Kerr and Yvonne Forbes of Wairoa. The school attracted many people from all parts of New Zealand and proved to be both enjoyable and instructive. (Pix from Ray Puddy).
