Premiere At Odeon

The first showing of the film, "To Love A Maori," in a Kerridge-Odeon theatre, was held in Gisborne on October 13. Made by doyen of New Zealand filmmakers, Rudall Hayward, the film tells the story of race relations in New Zealand, with the love story of Sue and Tama as the central theme.
