Strikingly Dominant

The town clock, Gisborne's dominant feature on its main thoroughfare, Gladstone Road, is backed here by the T. & G., and Government Life, Insurance buildings on the Grey Street corner. The clock was erected in memory of R. D. B. Robinson, town clerk of this city from 1891 to 1933.
