The new frontage and alterations to the Baptist Church in Palmerston Road have been completed and were officially opened on May 6. Mr P. Sargisson, the oldest member of the congregation at 97, unlocked the door.

The new Mission Hall in Upper Gladstone Road. Construction is well under way on the very attractive brick structure.
