A new room is now on view to the public of Gisborne at the museum. The Colonial Room features architecture, furniture and furnishings of the pioneer days, and was arranged under the guidance of museum director Elizabeth Shaw. The whole room was built and furnished by voluntary labour and is certainly worth a look-see!
