Off on their two-week annual training stint at Waiouru is the main body of A Coy 7 R.N.Z. I.R. The camp is already prepared for the men by the time they arrive, so that they can swing into action as soon as they arrive. No time is wasted as, at the end of the period, camp is broken on the last day by a special contingent. Prior to leaving for camp the men are issued with their gear.
