The Kaiti School team won the Manutuke School Cup for the Midget Section. The players are Libian Kokiri, Kenhia Houkamau, Anne McClutchie, Junette Toko, Maka Toroa, Charmaine Boyce, Jocelyn Green (vice-captain), and Gloria Sutton (captain).

The Intermediate "5" team won the H.J. Maseman Cup for the Junior Second Section Members of the team are: Judy Carter, Lyn Nyenhuis, Helen Hagan, Gaylene Foss, Patricia Gallagher, Adele Potae, Margaret Whaanga, and Georgina Harrison (captain). The St. Mary's "A" team, and the Patutahi team tied for the Junior Grade Efficiency Points Cup.
