A Tail of Woe

More than one little lamb loses its tail every season in New Zealand, millions in fact! Even out at Patutahi the operation is carried out with considerable dexterity. A total of 745 lambs were docked on the Reeves property by the Atkins brothers and their gang in two hours a few weeks back. This must be some kind of record!
