Beautiful Birds

To be quoting the vernacular - that is Some of the nicest girls around paraded for the 2ZG Miss Gisborne Beach Girl contest which was held at Midway. They competed for $20 in cash and $100 worth of beauty aids donated by various business houses in Gisborne. We fail to see why they should need them, but then it's a women's world (or is it?).
